Zanjan president of the Chamber of Commerce said: Zanjan Province is in the first place in the production of lead and zinc.

Gholamhossein Jamili told reporters: Putting at the center of production and consumption of population is the most important features of the province.

 He said: 50 percent of production and consumption of the country is in the 400 kilometers of Zanjan province.

Zanjan president of the Chamber of Commerce said: proximity to 5 frontier province, located on the main energy infrastructure,communication and placed between the poles of industrial and mineral is the potential of the province.

Zanjan is in top position in the production of lead and zinc, in the field of decorative stone, iron mines and copper production.The potential is great.

Jamili said:In the electricity industry and electrical equipment,textile and tooling ,the province has unique features.

Finally he said: Fortunately Zanjan is the center of electronics and «IT» of the country.
