Massive immigration of mineral activists abroad

Migration of manpower is not limited only to the field of mining and  for other graduates in different fields applies.

Ebrahim Jamili, The head of Iran Economy House and active in the field of lead and zinc mine,about migration of iranian specialists in the field of mining and mineral industries,said: At present,Iran specialists and activists who are in the field of mining and mineral industries are of great ability to migrate to countries such as Australia, Canada and Western countries.The main reason is,not be defined job for the individual in national markets and industries referred to this field.

He added: Migration of manpower is not limited only to the field of mining and for other graduates in different fields applies.

It should be noted that in the field of mining and mineral industry,specialists have high performance and benefit from the know-how of the world.

He emphasized: If the conditions provided for them in the domestic market,they will not immigrate.

Jamili said: Now many of advanced industrial countries need Iranian experts in different fields of mining and other fields, and tend to absorb these people and they pay considerable rights.

The head of Iran Economy House, noted the type of activity in the mining sector and mining activities in industrialized countries,and said: Productivity and mining activities in developing countries is much higher than Iran and we can say that there are more stringent requirements in their field of activity. Of course the fact that, despite the severity of job,security for these people provided and that makes the incentive to continue in these countries.

He said: Iranian experts have no predisposition to migrate to other countries and if the conditions provided in the domestic labor market; about 70 to 80 percent of people chosen the domestic market instead of immigration and will not migrate. He believes that the countrys educational system,such as universities,haven’t done their role in the development of the labor market experts.

Jamili added: One of the solutions that provides the basis for the activities and technical specialists; is mine to keep active.Also, since the government plans to provide a fraction of their income from mining;to achieve this, it is necessary to keep active mines,in order to have money and provide context for the work force.
